This role provides strategic, commercial, and operational Human Resources advice to support the business in making effective Retail workforce decisions.
You will partner closely with Global and Market stakeholders, leveraging people analytics to coach, guide, and advise on critical HR functions including talent acquisition, organizational design, talent management, learning and development, reward, and risk management. This position is responsible for the implementation, management, and evaluation of Retail HR projects and activities specifically designed for our frontline employees.
