Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will represent our desire to engage customers, listen to them, and present products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers in our spaces and deepen the way our products are experienced through targeted interactions. By presenting products that meet customer needs, you will ensure an exceptional, holistic customer experience that contributes to our overall business success.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in customer service or a related environment
• Effective sales skills and the ability to achieve commercial results
• Successful participation and contribution to a team
• Proven ability to build interpersonal relationships empathetically and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for everyone
• Open-mindedness and a great willingness to understand others, listen without judgment, and engage with different perspectives
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in the field of skincare and the skincare industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of the categories of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home (preferred)

This position is part-time with 40-60% hours per week. The job is located on-site.
