Role Responsibilities

As a sales associate, you will represent our desire to engage with customers, listen to them, and introduce them to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and deepen the way our products are experienced through targeted interactions. By presenting products that meet customer needs, you will ensure an exceptional, holistic customer experience that contributes to our overall economic success.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in customer service or in a relevant environment
  • Effective sales skills and the ability to achieve commercial results
  • Successful participation and contribution to a team
  • Proven ability to build empathetic interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
  • Open attitude and willingness to understand, listen, and engage with different perspectives without judgment
  • Strong skills in communication and problem-solving
  • Knowledge in the field of skincare and skincare industry (preferred)
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (preferred)

This position is part-time, 50% of a week. The role is located at Aesop Ludwig Beck.
