Duties of the Position

As a sales associate, you will represent our desire to engage with customers, listen to them, and present products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and deepen the way our products are experienced through targeted interactions. By presenting products that meet customer needs, you will ensure an exceptional, holistic customer experience that contributes to our overall economic success.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in customer service or a relevant environment
• Effective sales skills and the ability to achieve commercial results
• Successful participation and involvement in a team
• Demonstrated ability to build interpersonal relationships empathetically and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
• Open attitude and great willingness to understand others, listen without judgment, and engage with different perspectives
• Proficient skills in communication and problem-solving
• Knowledge in the field of skincare and skincare industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home care categories (advantageous)

This position is part-time with 20 hours per week. The job is located on-site.

Salary

• According to collective agreement with willingness to pay more. Starting salary € 2,194.00 per year for full-time
