- The role involves acting as the point of contact for day-to-day parcel carrier relationships and communicating any unforeseen service interruptions.
- The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to distribution and eCommerce operations.
- Active involvement in weekly carrier meetings and quarterly business reviews is expected, along with facilitating carrier claims and auditing parcel invoices.

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Operations.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in eCommerce retail and parcel carrier networks is essential for success in this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions and conduct root cause analyses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in monitoring shipping and package characteristic trends, as well as working with small parcel carrier networks, is crucial.
