✨ About The Role
- Responsible for overseeing and supporting key operational and visual processes in the store
- Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to enhance processes
- Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data
- Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours efficiently
- Lead and develop the Operations and Visual team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and guiding principles

- Experienced retail or related industry leader with 3-5 years of experience, particularly in inventory management, labor planning, and visual execution
- Proficient in MS Office applications with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated individual with a business owner mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and align with the company's guiding principles
- Independent work ethic, strong time management skills, and personal accountability
