Sr. Manager, Practice Operations - Remote Eligible

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Practice Operations Senior Manager who will lead key operational initiatives to expand the care delivered through the Hims & Hers platform through the Professional Corporation, You Health Medical Groups. Reporting to one of the You Health Medical Directors, you will focus on initiatives that enhance our telemedicine practice's efficiency and quality. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for improvement and developing scalable operational processes to ensure a high-quality experience for both patients and providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional with teams across both Hims & Hers and You Health Medical Groups.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic thought partner for the Medical Group and Care Operations leadership teams, helping to identify, scope, and execute upon key business and clinical initiatives.
• Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into meaningful insights and make recommendations to Medical Group leadership based on your findings.
• Coordinate with Medical Directors to support their goals and provide operational insights that enhance performance and efficiency
• Develop and launch processes aimed at improving or streamlining the operations of the Medical Group and Care Operations teams
• Orchestrate multiple projects that support Medical Group goals
• Partnering closely with HR and clinical teams, develop systems and tools for evaluating and managing provider performance
• Support the development, execution, and ongoing compliance with policies and practices
• Challenge status quo: initiate and debate key strategic topics and opportunities from your team's work, and drive bold high-impact decisions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience leading operations at a high-growth healthcare or digital health company, with at least 2 years interacting with a clinical workforce
• 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high performing cross-functional teams.
• Success in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company: Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid, accurate decision-making and execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting complex information to cross-functional teams, clinical teams, and other executive stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management with a proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
• Highly adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment
