Seasonal Retail Stylist Position

We are getting ready for our busiest season of the year and are looking to bring on board a number of new retail stylists on seasonal, temporary contracts from October to December at our Manawa Bay Store.

To be successful in this role you will be able to deliver an authentic customer experience and drive sales targets, and be comfortable working during our busy Christmas trade. Responsibilities:

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
• Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.
• Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.
• Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.
• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
