Our Seller Quality team works cross-functionally with supply, LAB, operations, logistics, and business intelligence to ensure these standards are met. We monitor, analyze, and communicate on areas for improvement, both internally and externally, always striving to benchmark and implement best-in-class refurbishing practices.
As an Operations Manager Intern within the Quality team, you will play a key role in upholding our seller quality standards. You will help monitor compliance, track incidents, and analyze seller performance—ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience on Back Market. This is a detail-intensive but vital position that keeps our marketplace fair, reliable, and trusted.
Identify, track, and follow up on reported issues related to product or process quality. Validate cases, communicate with sellers, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. Escalate internally when needed to ensure resolution.
Monitor adherence to our Seller Quality Charter. Notify sellers of any breaches, follow up to secure effective action plans, and ensure timely resolution. Support enforcement actions when necessary.
Analyze customer claims and feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement in seller performance.
Work closely with teams such as Customer Care, Account Management, Legal, and Quality to resolve cases and continuously improve our processes.
