We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product & Ops Manager Intern to join our Telco team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Telco team's mission, which is to empower millions of customers across Europe and the US to make smarter, greener, and more affordable choices when buying devices and mobile plans, both online and in-store. We build seamless customer journeys and scalable operations to bring refurbished devices and connectivity together through partnerships with established telcos, responsibly and at great value.
As a Product & Ops Management Intern in our Telco track, you'll manage an end-to-end mobile app project, with high exposure and business impact, allowing you to contribute across the full product lifecycle. You'll partner daily with developers, product and operations managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ship meaningful improvements to our customer experience and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, resourceful, and a clear communicator, excited to learn by doing and eager to make an impact.
