Our Seller Quality team works cross-functionally with supply, LAB, operations, logistics, and business intelligence to ensure these standards are met. We monitor, analyze, and communicate on areas for improvement, both internally and externally, always striving to benchmark and implement best-in-class refurbishing practices.
As an Operations Manager Intern within the Quality team, you will play a key role in upholding our seller quality standards. You will help monitor compliance, track incidents, and analyze seller performance—ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience on Back Market. This is a detail-intensive but vital position that keeps our marketplace fair, reliable, and trusted.
