⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have 2-5+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, or merchant roles, preferably in hardgoods or furniture.
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be able to multitask efficiently and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- A solid understanding of retail math, product performance requirements, materials, and production processes is necessary.
