✨ About The Role
- Lead and enforce processes in Sewing and Quality Control departments to ensure timely delivery of apparel products at the highest standard of quality
- Regularly review associate work for quality and accuracy, providing feedback as necessary
- Track and report daily productivity totals, working closely with leadership to determine priorities for departments
- Assist with performing cycle counts for product and supply audits as needed
- Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean working area in a safety-sensitive environment

- Experienced apparel/textile manufacturing professional with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to enforce processes and maintain high standards of quality
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work activities and use time efficiently
- Proficient in communication, both orally and in written form, in English or Spanish
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands effectively
