- Support cost strategy and pricing discussions with suppliers to enhance competitiveness, stability, and long-term partnership value—translating data insights into actionable procurement decisions.
- Partner with the compliance team to help suppliers navigate evolving trade regulations, documentation requirements, and quality standards across regions.
- Manage and maintain supplier scorecards that evaluate On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), quality, lead time adherence, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement standardized frameworks for supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance review to scale vendor accountability.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose actionable solutions for vendor management, order tracking, or capacity planning.
- Create and maintain SOPs for critical workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Bachelors in Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management or similar field preferred.
- Ability to speak Mandarin a plus, but not required.
