As a Travel Beauty Specialist for Charlotte Tilbury, you are the heart of our travel retail spaces. Working in the dynamic environment of airports and travel centers, you play a key role in bringing our magic to customers. Your mission is to give travelers the opportunity to embrace their beauty, promoting confidence to pursue their dreams. This involves leveraging your artistic talents, along with extensive product knowledge, to foster meaningful connections with customers during their journeys. Embracing inclusivity, you adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of our global clientele.

As a Retail Artist, you will:

• Be able to work at a fast pace to meet and exceed KPIs. You thrive on the excitement of achieving your goals and being the best you can be. You don’t just meet expectations—you exceed them.

• Follow company hygiene standards closely—you know what good looks like and aren’t afraid to show it.

About you:

• Ideally, you have NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Ideally, you have some experience as a Sales Consultant. Ideally, this was acquired in a fast-paced environment like beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that revolutionizes the way it is seen—and that continues to grow. You love everything about Charlotte Tilbury—and aren’t afraid to promote the brand.
• Ideally, you have experience in makeup application—and know how to adapt your style to different clients with different needs.
• You promote positivity—and can think in a limitless way that makes your energy shine.
• You receive constructive feedback in a positive way and easily put suggested actions into practice.
• You need to be flexible to work shifts, including morning and afternoon shifts.
• You will need to provide a personal and work reference from five years, along with a Criminal Background Certificate, since the store is located after passport control in the departure terminal. This matter will be discussed in more detail during the interview phase.
