- This position requires collaboration with leadership and internal functions, as well as managing key stakeholders in co-manufacturing.
- The role involves driving manufacturing excellence and implementing recommendations for continuous quality and process improvements.
- The candidate will facilitate weekly production meetings and monitor KPIs to ensure supplier performance.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain operations, or a related field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, particularly in 3P management and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective relationship management across various stakeholders.
