In this role, you will act as a frontline thought partner to dedicated leaders on all aspects of the employee experience, from talent onboarding to career development and employee relations. You will own the employee experience through the implementation of robust organizational onboarding strategies and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership. Your expertise will help improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of California-based Human Resource experience, a bachelor's degree, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional Human Resources (PHR) credentials are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, and fluency in Spanish is preferred. You should have a strong understanding of Human Resources concepts, practices, programs, and methodologies, and be a self-driven, analytical thinker with effective organizational and planning skills.
