Archer Meat Snacks is not your typical meat snack company — we are passionate about crafting bold, clean-ingredient products in a fast-growing category. As we continue scaling operations at our new plant in Vernon, we are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead and elevate our production floor. This is not an entry-level leadership role — we need a hands-on operations professional with a proven ability to drive results, lead teams through change, and champion food safety at the highest level.

What You'll Own & Impact:

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of supervisors and hourly employees across RAW and RTE operations
• Drive throughput, safety, quality, and cost savings while ensuring daily production targets are met
• Partner across departments (Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, Warehousing) to keep operations running smoothly
• Serve as a key leader in our plant safety committee and act as a stand-in for the Plant Director when needed
• Champion SQF, GMP, and food safety standards every day on the floor

What Sets You Apart:

• 5+ years of food manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a high-velocity, USDA or FDA-regulated facility
• A people-first leader with strong coaching skills and experience developing front-line leaders
• Demonstrated success driving KPIs, implementing process improvements, and building plant floor engagement
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (SQF, HACCP, GMP) and a hands-on commitment to excellence
• Comfortable working any shift, adapting priorities quickly, and maintaining 24/7 ownership of your department

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site leadership role based in Vernon, CA. Flexibility to support off-shift or weekend operations as needed is expected.
