The Protein Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately tracking, recording, and maintaining inventory of all protein materials. This position plays a key role in ensuring production accuracy, traceability, and product flow through various stages of the process. The clerk supports operations by monitoring usage, verifying consumption, and maintaining up-to-date information in the inventory management system. Work closely with cross-functional support teams and communicate concerns to management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Education:
• At High School diploma or GED
Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing, food processing, or inventory control preferred
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and weight conversions
• Preferably bilingual English/Spanish
• Excel or WMS experience preferred
Certifications:
• Forklift certification
