Are you a supply chain leader who thrives on driving projects from idea to execution? Archer Meat Snacks, the 4th largest meat snack brand in the U.S., is looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles.
Reporting directly to the President/CFO, you'll play a critical role in shaping Archer's commercialization and operational strategy. From leading cross-functional supply chain projects to managing new product launches and enabling speed-to-market, your work will directly impact Archer's ability to scale with excellence.
We're seeking a project-driven supply chain professional with strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of operations, and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner with leaders across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales to deliver results that matter.
What You'll Own & Impact:
- Manage and lead cross-functional supply chain projects across ideation, planning, execution, and post-mortem review
- Partner with Operations and Procurement to ensure raw materials, packaging, and finished goods flow seamlessly across facilities
- Implement and track KPIs to monitor supply chain performance, including cost savings, on-time delivery, and service levels
- Facilitate collaboration between Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, R&D, Sales, and Marketing
- Identify and drive process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and increase throughput
- Lead new product launches and commercialization initiatives with a supply chain lens, ensuring readiness of materials, vendors, and logistics
- Manage ERP and supply chain systems (NetSuite preferred) for item setup, compliance, and data integrity
- Support vendor management, including qualification, performance tracking, and relationship building
- Partner with Finance to assess cost implications and ensure ROI targets are met
- Coordinate capital projects, supporting facility expansions, new equipment, and infrastructure improvements
- Provide project updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and milestones
- Contribute to long-term supply chain strategy and scalability initiatives
What Sets You Apart:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or related fields
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within manufacturing or CPG industries
- Hands-on experience in demand planning, logistics, vendor management, or process improvement
- Familiarity with commercialization processes and stage-gate methodology preferred
- ERP and supply chain systems experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field required; Master's degree or certifications (APICS/CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze large data sets and create compelling dashboards and reports
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
