- The Logistics/Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for ensuring parts are available to support production.
- Key tasks include receiving deliveries, material handling, and performing ERP transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
- The role involves planning and creating kits based on ERP-generated work orders, including picking and tracking.
- The administrator will execute Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Regular reporting of key metrics and performing warehouse equipment maintenance will also be part of the job responsibilities.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of warehouse experience, particularly in managing inventory accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite is required, with familiarity in Google Apps being a plus.
- The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Physical capability to lift 22 Kg and perform various physical tasks such as bending, standing, and overhead lifting is necessary.
