- This position is based onsite at the Conklin Distribution Center and follows a Monday to Friday schedule.
- Responsibilities include maintaining payroll, scheduling, and attendance using the Kronos and Workday systems.
- The role involves processing and tracking invoices, purchase orders, and coordinating employee relations activities.
- The candidate will facilitate orientation and training programs while administering HR policies and procedures.
- The position requires managing hourly staffing needs, including internal postings and external hiring processes.
- The candidate will prepare interview packets and schedules for candidates and administer pre-employment screenings.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed, contributing to the overall HR and administrative functions of the distribution center.

- The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of HR administration experience is required for this role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating employee relations activities.
- The candidate should possess excellent multitasking abilities to handle various HR and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- A proven record of dependability and reliability is crucial for maintaining payroll and attendance records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is necessary for managing HRIS databases and tracking attendance.
- Experience with Kronos and Workday systems is a plus, indicating familiarity with payroll and scheduling software.
