- The Project Manager will lead capital projects and oversee the planning, budget preparation, design, and execution of distribution center construction and improvements.
- Responsibilities include managing multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project management, from initiation to closing.
- The role involves monitoring project performance against budget and schedule baselines and preparing periodic performance reports for leadership.
- The Project Manager will coordinate with DC Operations and vendor teams to minimize downtime during project work.
- Participation in the capital planning process with Supply Chain leadership and FP&A teams is also a key responsibility.

- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related business degree is required for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of prior experience in managing capital projects, preferably in a retail or material handling environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as the role requires effective communication with all levels of the organization.
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
