✨ About The Role
- The Freight Flow Lead is responsible for executing brand standards and enhancing the teammate experience.
- This role involves planning and organizing tasks 30 days in advance with the guidance of store management.
- The Lead will support the store leadership team with general supervision and assist in opening and closing the store.
- The position requires adherence to company merchandising and presentation standards.
- The Freight Flow Lead will also assist in training new teammates and cross-training current teammates.

- The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience.
- A flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential for this role.
- The candidate must be physically capable of standing, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing between 15 to 70 lbs.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary, as the role involves coaching and developing teammates.
- The candidate should be able to create an inclusive environment where all teammates and customers feel welcome and safe.
