About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the Dr. Squatch team as an Inventory Control Analyst reporting to the Associate Director of Inventory Control. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements and implementing best practices alongside the Warehouse and Production Teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction validation, ensuring accuracy in inventory control processes, supporting reconciliation efforts, and the flexibility in assisting with Production and Warehouse tasks when needed.

This role will report to the Associate Director of Inventory Control.
This is a full-time, on-site role with company benefits based out of our manufacturing facility in Brea, CA.
The anticipated base compensation for this role will be $70,000 - $80,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Warehouse and Production Teams in maintaining accurate inventory controls and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Validate and reconcile inventory transactions in Parity Factory WMS and NetSuite to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational activities.
- Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in auditing physical inventory against system records and support adherence to reconciliation procedures.
- Generate routine inventory reporting and support KPI tracking.
- Assist with Parity Factory WMS and NetSuite transaction needs related to inventory control.
- Maintain documentation of inventory practices, procedures, and workflows.
- Provide support during peak periods and assist with Production and Warehouse tasks as needed, including manufacturing and warehouse processes.
- Support daily operational reporting and data needs.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing
- Experience in WMS and ERP (NetSuite specifically preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
