Material Warehouse Manager

Location: Nové Modlany, 426, CZ

Your role will include overseeing all material warehouse operations at the Teplice plant, including third-party activities. You will lead the material warehouse team (receiving, dispatching, material storage) – motivation, development, performance management. You will meet set goals with effective financial management and budget adherence. You will ensure compliance of material warehouse processes with internal SOX audit and European and local safety and quality standards. You will manage projects aimed at continuous process improvement.

Qualifications include a secondary or higher education in logistics or economics, excellent Czech language skills, B2 level English, knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Excel, SAP experience, relevant logistics practice of at least 5 years, leadership skills, drive, initiative, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
