Supply Planning & Vendor Management
1. Manage supply plans of US & international requirements with good change controls.
2. In charge of Vendor capacity management, improvement execution for supply flexibility.
3. Play a key role in new product development process, work closely with NPI team to select proper supplier via evaluation of capacity & potential supply risks. Figure out prevention plan as early as possible, ensure product to be launched successfully and transfers for regular replenishment smoothly.
4. Continuously optimize up and down stream supply chain process to integrate information flow and improve end-to-end agility.
5. Continuously improve supply performance by deep dive data analysis and synergy enhancement within e.l.f. cross functions & with suppliers.
6. Keep good maintenance of database and system parameters to ensure data analysis is effective and accurate.
Project Management & Process Optimization
1. Lead process optimization projects to improve capabilities & productivities of suppliers
2. Work with cross-function & suppliers to continuously streamline operation process, optimize improvement mechanism.
3. Support supplier portfolio strategy, identify potential operation risks & optimization opportunities across 4 brands.
- Minimum 5 years of production planning experience, know contract manufacturing model. 5 years or above of experience on ERP system application. Preferably in cosmetics, FMCG industry company.
- Good English read and written skill.
- Logical thinking, good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Good synergy and Strong leadership.
- Be able to work under pressure.
