Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & Vendor Management
• Manage supply plans to identify changes and determine impacts on US requirements schedules and adjustment.
• In charge of Vendor capability improvement and operation execution management for continuous supply flexibility enhancement.
• Play a key role in new product development process, work closely with NPI team to select proper supplier via evaluation of capacity & potential supply risks. Figure out prevention plan as early as possible, ensure product to be launched successfully and transfers for regular replenishment smoothly.
• Continuously optimize up and down stream supply chain process to improve agility from order release to goods delivery.
• Continuously improve supply performance by deep dive data analysis and synergy enhancement within e.l.f. cross functions & with suppliers.
• Master Data Management & System Development
• Continuously improve Master Data accuracy through the process optimization.
• Master data quality management, including data adjustment process, business rules, data standards.
• Perform periodically obsolete & duplicate data review with confirmation from business stakeholders.
• Setting up Master Data in the related systems
• Support of planning scheduling system developments
• Project Management & Process Optimization
• Lead process optimization projects to improve capabilities & productivities of suppliers
• Work with cross-function & suppliers to continuously streamline operation process, optimize improvement mechanism.
• Support supplier portfolio strategy, identify potential operation risks & optimization opportunities across 4 brands.

Requirement

• The minimum request: Bachelor Degree or above in manufacturing, operations, supply chain.
• Relevant experience demand: Minimum 10 years of supply planning experience, know well contract manufacturing model. 10 years of experience on ERP system application. Preferably in cosmetics, FMCG industry company.
• Relevant knowledge demand: Fluent English read and written skill. Good capability of business insights. Good project management skill Logical thinking, excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Good communication and problem solving skills. Excellent synergy and Strong leadership. Good LEAN manufacturing knowledge. Be able to work under pressure.
