We're looking for a Transportation Manager to oversee end-to-end Transportation supporting our UK and EU warehouses (freight in and freight out). This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that works closely with our freight partners, logistics provider (warehouse 3PL), supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods in and out of the warehouses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement across logistics and operations. Business travel is expected monthly/quarterly to our Warehouse/Partner locations in the UK and Europe. 1-2 business trips/year to the US is also expected.
Proven experience in transportation operations, logistics, and/or supply chain (ideally within FMCG, beauty, or retail)
Strong knowledge of working with international freight partners & 3PLs
Proficiency in Excel (for scheduling, reporting, and data analysis)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or NetSuite preferred)
Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in or with larger organisations is preferred
