Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Full-Time Inventory Lead for our Fabletics Retail Store at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, FL!

As a Full-Time Inventory Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping our Fabletics store running like a well-oiled machine. You'll ensure our products are perfectly organized, our back-of-house is efficient and safe, and our customers always see our best on the sales floor. This position will report to the Store Manager. How You'll Play to Win

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom that meets Fabletics' visual and operational standards.
• Receive and process daily shipments, ensuring product hits the floor quickly and aligns with merchandising expectations.
• Support the sales team by replenishing inventory and assisting with product pulls, transfers, and RTW.
• Uphold all operational standards—safety, cleanliness, and compliance are non-negotiable.
• Assist with inventory counts, markdowns, and back-of-house organization.
• Ensure gStore RFID compliance remains at or above 98% by monitoring scan results and resolving exceptions.
• Provide occasional customer support on the sales floor as needed—we win as one team.
• Process damages weekly and maintain accurate records.
• Unpack inventory shipments as required; boxes may weigh 20–40 lbs.

What You Bring To The Team:

• 1+ year of experience in a back-of-house or retail inventory environment preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, teammates, and business partners.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within large teams.
• RFID experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory systems and POS tools.
• Self-motivated, clear communicator, and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to comply with OSHA protocols.
• Ability to stand, move, talk, hear, reach, and lift for extended periods; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder use required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
