Sr. QA Analyst

Fabletics Inc. is looking for a Sr. QA Analyst.

How Do You Fit In?

As a Sr. QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply chain applications. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and operations stakeholders to validate new features, test system stability, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of warehouse and supply chain end users. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in QA methodologies, comfortable with SQL for validation, and motivated to contribute to building robust systems. QA automation experience is a significant bonus.

This position will report to the Director of Product - Evolve.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for new features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate system behavior.
• Log, track, and verify defects in Jira; collaborate with engineers to ensure timely resolution.
• Use SQL to validate data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and confirm system accuracy.
• Assist in triaging and reproducing production issues for warehouse and supply chain users.
• Maintain QA documentation, test case libraries, and support automation initiatives when possible.

What You Can Bring:

• 3+ years of QA experience in enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing manual test plans and test cases.
• Minimum SQL skills required for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and Agile/Scrum environments.
• QA automation experience (bonus) with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $90,000-$100,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
