Manage Strategic Programs: Lead complex, large-scale projects focused on architectural improvement, operational automation, and efficiency gains across the payments ecosystem.

Ensure Governance & Compliance: Oversee strategic planning for operational risk and compliance, guaranteeing adherence to payment rules (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2) and driving necessary system upgrades proactively.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner for Product, Engineering, and Finance, translating high-level business goals into measurable operational requirements.
