Product Manager - Product Pricing

Farfetch is a leading global marketplace for the luxury fashion industry. The role will be instrumental in delivering Pricing management capabilities that will allow our partners to manage their pricing strategies. It's an exciting moment at Farfetch where our pricing components and calculation model are key success factors and will continue to evolve to deliver even more self-service, automation, and resilient capabilities to our stakeholders and support our business growth. Always having in mind the balance between competitiveness and profitability. Our pricing team assures that the pricing platform supports the trading and pricing strategies while creating outstanding technology for the marketplace and platform users.

What You'll Do

Manage communication with stakeholders to guarantee strategic agreement, coordinate product evolution, and manage expectations;

Play a crucial role during the lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment, and post-deployment activities - by identifying problems that arise, outlining options, and recommending solutions, while managing the creation and maintenance of the Flex Roadmaps for your products within the Pricing area;

Build products that balance competitiveness and profitability; be aware of the company strategy in order to guarantee its successful implementation.

Rely on data-driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and/or other stakeholders. Champion the needs of our teams and partners throughout the development process, ensure that what is delivered meets the original goals;

Work with the engineering team during the product life cycle where you will be capable of managing and launching work items. In parallel, create a network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise;

Promote a positive working environment through proper listening, speaking, and creating empathy with people beyond the boundaries of their working group and you'll be an ambassador of our values.

Use compelling arguments to convey conclusions and ideas. Understand others' context or underlying needs, motivations, emotions, or concerns and adjust your communication as appropriate to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.

Who You Are

+2 years of experience evolving product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends

Experienced in the implementation of complex solutions/products

Experienced at building roadmaps, being able to identify opportunities and risks within internal core and client product vision

Experienced at working with diverse teams during the lifecycle of product development

Being knowledgeable about Pricing Models, Pricing Workflows and Dynamic Pricing Optimization systems is a plus.

Knowledgeable about the Scrum methodology.
