✨ About The Role
- The Procurement Analyst will collaborate closely with the Senior Procurement Manager on daily procurement activities.
- Responsibilities include overseeing the procure-to-pay process for suppliers, including managing inbound logistics and supporting documentation.
- The role involves collaborating with the Finance team to ensure proper and timely payment through 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- The analyst will be responsible for accurately processing and recording purchase order receipts in NetSuite to maintain inventory and purchasing data.
- Monitoring data quality and making necessary updates to ensure data integrity is a key responsibility.
- The role includes preparing and processing end-of-month purchasing reports, including open purchase order analysis and supplier shipment reports.
- The analyst will assist in maintaining centralized metrics (KPIs) for Procurement and Supply Chain leadership review.
- Developing tools and dashboards to improve procurement processes will also be part of the job.

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement is required, with a preference for experience in NetSuite.
- Candidates with experience in food/beverage manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods will be favored.
- The successful applicant should possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
