About the Role:

As the Procurement Analyst, you will collaborate with Procurement team members and key business partners to identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable insights, and present data in a clear, meaningful way to stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with tactical execution and strategic thinking, using data to drive results. This role spans a diverse portfolio of ingredients, packaging, goods, and services, with responsibility for delivering quality, service, innovation, and cash-flow value.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with the Procurement team on day-to-day execution of procurement activities
• Manage the procure-to-pay process for assigned suppliers, including inbound logistics and supporting documentation
• Update ingredient and packaging Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data upon handoff from Supply Planning
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Process and record purchase order receipts in NetSuite, maintaining accurate inventory and purchasing data while resolving discrepancies
• Prepare and manage purchase orders from creation through delivery
• Deliver end-of-month purchasing reports, including open PO analysis, on-hand inventory of raw materials, and supplier shipment updates
• Develop tools and dashboards to improve procurement processes, including sourcing, spend reporting, contract management, and supplier scorecards

Recipe for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience; NetSuite experience highly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Food/beverage manufacturing or CPG industry experience preferred
• Quick learner who can manage multiple priorities, stay focused, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter mentality
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
• Comfortable with a dynamic schedule - this is not a "punch in, punch out" role
• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and sense of urgency
• Able to work independently, make decisions, and collaborate effectively to ensure alignment
• Skilled at managing workload, meeting deadlines, and producing high-quality output in time-constrained situations
