✨ About The Role
- The Supply Planning Analyst will collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning teams to develop monthly production plans based on inventories and forecasts.
- This role involves performing analyses and making recommendations on various supply scenarios in response to changing capacities and demand outlooks.
- The analyst will own and maintain the supply planning model for the North America business, ensuring accuracy in inputs and production outputs.
- Maintaining rolling 12-month supply forecasts and providing visibility to key partners, including contract manufacturers and copackers, is a key responsibility.
- The analyst will lead bi-weekly inventory allocation meetings with Customer Supply Chain teams to manage available product in alignment with business priorities.
- Full responsibility for existing co-packing relationships will be assumed by the analyst.
- The role includes managing purchase orders within Feastables ERP and effectively communicating production priorities to manufacturing partners.

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the CPG industry, is required.
- Proficiency in ERP systems is essential, with a preference for experience in NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to perform analyses and provide recommendations on supply scenarios.
- The candidate should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with various teams and partners.
