- The Supply Planning Manager will collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning teams to develop monthly production plans based on inventories and forecasts.
- This role involves performing analyses and providing recommendations on various supply scenarios in response to changing capacities and demand outlooks.
- The candidate will own and maintain the supply planning model for the North America business, ensuring accuracy in inputs and production outputs.
- The position requires maintaining rolling 12-month supply forecasts and providing visibility to key partners, including contract manufacturers and the Procurement team.
- The Supply Planning Manager will lead bi-weekly inventory allocation meetings to manage available products in alignment with business priorities.
- The role includes managing existing co-packing and co-manufacturing planning relationships and conducting cross-functional meetings to support value-added services initiatives.
- The candidate will be responsible for placing and managing purchase orders within Feastables ERP and communicating production priorities to manufacturing partners.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the CPG industry, is required.
- Proficiency in ERP systems is essential, with a preference for experience in NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to perform analyses and provide recommendations on supply scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with various teams and managing relationships with co-manufacturers and co-packers.
