The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, KVD Beauty, Lip Lab.
The salary range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour based upon location.
This is a part time role, starting at 10 hours per week.
Position Summary
Independent self-starter responsible for proofreading of packaging artwork for all Kendo brands. Responsible for ensuring on-time return of deliverables with notes on any updates needed between copy or styleguide.
Responsibilities
Reviewing all Packaging artwork
- Meticulously review all copy – spelling, grammar & comparing with translations documents
- Compare regulatory requirements with product information documents
- Understanding styleguide for individual brands and reviewing for brand guidelines
- Timely return of notes to Program Manager & Production Artist on any updates needed
Requirements
- College degree
- 3+ years of proofreading experience
- Knowledge of computer programs: Excel, Asana, Workfront Proof
- Retail or beauty experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
- The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated
- Passion for beauty and retail
