- The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly with CNC machining. - A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. - The candidate should be meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong inclination for documentation and communication. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role. - The successful individual will be a self-starter who manages time efficiently and can complete work without active supervision. - A passion for sharing knowledge and teaching others about manufacturing processes is highly valued.
