- The Manufacturing Engineer will support and drive improvements in critical manufacturing functions at Fictiv.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing manufacturability and costs associated with various fabrication processes.
- The role involves preparing RFQs, quoting, and providing manufacturing analysis based on builder specifications.
- The engineer will develop cost calculators and related tools to enhance quoting efficiency and bring quoting in-house.
- The position requires collaboration with the sales team to clarify quotes and DFM analyses.

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of manufacturing-related work experience, with a strong focus on CNC machining.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with various CNC machines, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills, is essential.
- The candidate should possess a solid understanding of GD&T and conventional tolerancing, as well as knowledge of different machining materials and finishing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with both builders and manufacturing partners.
- The successful individual will be detail-oriented, meticulous, and have a strong inclination for documentation and process improvement.
