FIGS is looking for a Production Coordinator to oversee all sample management for ecommerce, brand, and lifestyle photoshoots, run the day-to-day onset operations, and assist Art Directors with creative shoot prep. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail oriented, creative, resourceful, and process-driven

What You'll Do:

• Oversee management of the photoshoot samples
• Manages handover process while ensuring everything is accurate and accounted for
• Implement and oversee a sample check-in and check-out System to have a full grasp on where samples are at all times
• Ensures all racks for shoots are prepped with the correct product at least 1 week prior to shoot. Troubleshoots any missing styles in a timely manner with proposed solutions in consideration of the launch calendar.
• Handles all communication with warehouse for any orders that need to be placed for shoots
• Oversee shipment calendar and advise Art Directors on when product will be available to shoot for upcoming launches
• Strategizes shoot calendar with the E-Commerce Producer and Art Directors based on shipment calendar
• Manages freelance PAs when hired for shoot prep
• Creates shot list and filenames in shoot prep and manages it throughout all shoot days. Reports status at the end of each shoot day to Art Directors + Senior Producer
• Maintain full understanding of product launches and launch dates
• Oversee all studio maintenance including EQ and crafty orders, implementing organization systems, day-to-day upkeep, painting cyc, and closing each day.
• Runs daily shoot schedule when on-set including running through shotlist, meals, breaks and wrap.
• Ideates recolor options to AD & AAD for retouching

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years as a production assistant with Stills/Film studio shoot experience, e-commerce experience highly preferred
• Required in-office as many days necessary for hand off and shoot prep (est. 10-20 days a month based on shoot schedule)
• Passion for production and photoshoots
• Able to multitask between multiple projects ranging in production scale logistics
• Strong ability to keep calm under pressure and think clearly through problems as they arise in real time
• Must have valid driver's license and transportation
• Must be able to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Must be able to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
• Strong in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
• Self-driven, positive and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Organized, efficient, solution oriented with meticulous attention to detail
• A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic and creative thinker who can proactively problem solve
• Strong written and verbal communication

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $68,640 and $72,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
