Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst with hands-on expertise in NetSuite to oversee and optimize all inbound logistics and supply chain activities. This position is responsible for analyzing inbound logistics performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving process improvements across procurement, transportation, and warehousing. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with suppliers, procurement, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze inbound supply chain performance – track lead times, PO status, shipment status, transit performance, and on-time shipment and delivery metrics.
  • Maintain KPIs and dashboards for performance, on-time delivery, and inbound logistics costs.
  • Support special projects focused on supply chain visibility, digital transformation, or sustainability initiatives.
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities within NetSuite to optimize inbound workflows, reduce costs, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams (e.g., sourcing, warehouse, production) to ensure efficient flow of materials.
  • Optimize transportation and freight operations, including carrier selection, routing, and consolidation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze supply chain data using NetSuite and other tools to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiencies & visibility.
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management on inbound supply chain trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inbound supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP with experience in procurement, inventory, and order management modules.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, freight forwarder management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other ERP systems or supply chain software (e.g., Flexport).
  • Solid understanding of international logistics, incoterms, customs processes, and freight management.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP).

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $52,500 and $75,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
