You'll shape and manage Gymshark's US operations, driving growth across retail outlets, pop-ups, and events. Tasked with ensuring the logistics infrastructure is robust and adaptable in a dynamic environment, you'll drive operational excellence while supporting innovative strategies.

The hybrid working pattern features a minimum three days a week at our office in New York (Lower Manhattan), US.

YOUR ROLE

As our Retail Logistics Manager NAM, you'll lead and optimise Gymshark's US retail and wholesale logistics operations, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional performance across our growing network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective stock movement from DCs to retail outlets and events.
• Collaborate with retail and merchandise teams to meet product delivery and presentation requirements.
• Develop a North America network strategy to support rapid retail store rollouts.
• Oversee and manage transportation logistics for Gymshark retail stores.
• Analyse 3PL provider performance and implement improvement plans to optimise logistics operations.
• Establish and track KPIs to drive data-driven decisions and improve logistics performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to review forecasts and planning, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment.
• Identify and implement improvements in DC operations through a continuous improvement approach.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in supply chain management, including retail, wholesale, pop-ups, and rapid store rollouts.
• Strong expertise in managing 3PL providers and optimising global supply chains.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and commercial decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex logistics challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of retail and wholesale operations and their unique logistics requirements.
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, fostering growth and improvement.
• Confident in challenging ideas and driving innovation to enhance operational performance.

Salary

The hiring range is between $110,000 -$140,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
