As a Supply Planner at HelloFresh, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality ingredients—on time, in full, every week. You'll manage a portfolio of European suppliers within our Conventional Cluster and work closely with Production, Quality, Menu Planning, and Procurement to keep our supply chain running smoothly. Your work directly reduces food waste, improves OTIFIQ performance, and strengthens operational reliability.

Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinate daily with suppliers, Production, and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations.
Monitor and improve supplier performance by tracking KPIs such as OTIFIQ, error rates, and adherence to standards.
Support weekly operational planning by validating forecasts, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen supply chain efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure ingredient availability for upcoming menus and promotional volumes.
Experience in supply planning, procurement, logistics, or a similar operational role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively.
A structured and proactive working style, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
