The Operations Manager's role is directly responsible for overseeing ops projects from inception to completion and measuring success. It is also expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development, alongside the goal of driving both cost efficiencies and quality improvements. Lead the identification of key process bottlenecks and operational risks developing and executing corrective action plans that focus on continuous improvement and long-term value creation. Partner with Procurement leadership on long-term strategy across Operations and Strategy.
