Quality Control Supervisor

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will work together with your team and the Area Manager to ensure the adherence to and further development of our quality standards in the day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the production team, actively accompany our processes on the shop floor, and ensure that our high requirements for food safety and product quality are always met.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation and further development of HelloFresh quality standards at the Barleben location
• Training of new colleagues and support during onboarding
• Trainings and coaching on quality-related topics (e.g., hygiene, product handling)
• Conducting quality controls in incoming goods and production including measures for deviations
• Point of contact for quality issues in the production process
• Supervision of the sorting process, support during GMP and pest control rounds
• Participation in process validation and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the operation

Your Profile

• Completed training in the food sector (e.g., food technology, food retail, gastronomy or comparable)
• First professional experience in quality management, ideally in a production or logistics-related environment
• Enthusiasm for food quality and enjoyment in conveying knowledge and standards
• Strong communication skills, team capability, and a confident, binding demeanor at all levels
• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and a pronounced hands-on attitude
• Very good German language skills, English language skills are advantageous
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
