Your role is central to unlocking significant operational and financial efficiencies by translating demand and capacity plans into actionable production and labor strategies. You will support the Central Planning team in the new centralized EU/ANZ operations, helping to shift our process from reactive to proactive.
Lead the design and standardization of global production and labor planning processes by auditing current practices across markets. You will define unified processes and translate business requirements into seamless system integration with Tech.
Develop and maintain an advanced mid-term labor prediction and optimization process in collaboration with the Tech team to translate production volumes into labor needs. This will incorporate factors like productivity, absences, and attrition to improve accuracy and reduce costs.
Co-lead the implementation and roll-out of the new standardized processes and tools across all markets, working alongside the Tech team to ensure all markets meet the defined standard.
Define and track key planning KPIs, establish and lead a regular cadence of performance review meetings with market stakeholders to discuss results, challenges, and create action plans.
A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a focus on planning.
At least 3 years of professional experience in resource planning, operations planning or in a similar role.
Strong data analytics skills, with experience in Google Workspace, SQL, and data visualization tools.
A collaborative and influential communication style, with a proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in different countries and persuade them toward a common goal.
Excellent project management skills with a careful and thorough approach to accomplishing tasks.
A keen interest in operational processes and their continuous improvement.
