✨ About The Role

- The CAPEX and MRO Sourcing Manager will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand capital expenditure planning and budgeting.
	- This role involves establishing relationships with key external partners to bring solutions to the team.
	- The manager will execute strategic sourcing events such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for equipment and MRO.
	- The position requires developing and executing MRO cost savings targets and establishing redundancy plans and risk mitigation strategies.
	- The role includes monitoring supplier performance and engaging key stakeholders for input, as well as developing KPI metrics for MRO contract adherence.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in operations, manufacturing, or fulfillment functions.
	- Strong business acumen is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of leadership.
	- The candidate should possess a deep understanding of operational flows within a facility and expert knowledge of MRO-related categories and taxonomy.
	- Proven quantitative skills are necessary to analyze complex price quotes from vendors and evaluate them against business requirements.
	- Experience in pharmaceutical environments is a plus, but not required, indicating a flexible background is acceptable.
