✨ About The Role

- The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for manufacturing sterile medications and maintaining accurate records. - The role involves routine compounding operations, including preparation, sterilization, and visual inspection of products. - The operator will assist with general maintenance of the facility and warehouse, ensuring a clean working environment. - Communication with pharmacists regarding cleanroom issues and inventory management is a key responsibility. - Adherence to regulatory guidelines such as GMP, GDP, and FDA standards is mandatory in all operations.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of sterile compounding experience in a manufacturing setting. - A strong understanding of cGMP, sterile compounding, and aseptic techniques is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should be comfortable working in ISO 5-8 environments and wearing necessary PPE for extended periods. - Experience with various pharmaceutical equipment and the ability to troubleshoot machinery is crucial. - The successful individual will demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in compounding operations and documentation.
