- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, with a Doctorate preferred.
- The individual should possess 5-7 years of experience in a pharmacy supervisory role, managing licensed and registered pharmacy technicians.
- Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations is essential for this role.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a pharmacy team.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required to communicate effectively with team members and patients.
